      Family Educational staff and volunteers have a background as educators, counselors, teachers for the handicapped, and in music and drama. These talents are all utilized to conduct a wide range of charitable, social and educational programs for the underprivileged: street children, orphans, children of lower-income-families, the hearing-impaired and other handicapped children.

      Amongst FESST programs:

Technology transfer (computer labs) to impoverished southeastern Turkey.
Teaching English to the under-privileged as a means of allowing them better employment possibilities
Music and drama therapy for handicapped children and their teachers
Distribution of clothing, and other needs to institutions
